How do I book a session with you?
Once you have decided on your session and package you can book directly on our website on the 'book your session' page.
How long will it take before I get the photos back?
We aim to send back proof galleries within 1-2 weeks.
Do you provide black and white images?
Your proof gallery will show all of your images in colour and the final selection you make will also come with black and white copies.
How long do sessions last?
We book up to two hour slots for newborns and up to one hour slots for all other shoots. We aim to make the sessions efficient and enjoyable. All sessions are taken at your little ones own pace and we like to keep things relaxed for them.
Can I have photos with my children too?
We always encourage parent and sibling photos too.
When will the full balance be due?
A £50 deposit will be taken at the time of booking to secure your appointment, the remaining balance will be due on the day of the session and an invoice for this will be sent for bank transfer.
Do you provide outfits?
We have a selection of newborn and baby outfits and some dresses for mamas too. We will send a link to a online gallery before the photoshoot for you to have a browse.
Do you offer products such as prints and gifts?
We offer a selection of prints and other gifts and a full product brochure will be sent to you following your photoshoot along with your proof gallery.
When should I book my maternity session?
Maternity photoshoots are best to be taken place at around 7 months, this will ensure you aren't too uncomfortable but are likely to be visibly showing.
What age do you photograph newborns?
Please book your newborn session for around 10 days after your due date, these sessions are flexible so if they do need to be moved we can bring it forward or postpone to a later date.
Can my other children be a part of my newborn session?
You are welcome to bring your other children to the session to be featured in a couple of photos with the baby. There is a cricket green opposite the studio and it may be a good idea for your partner or anothe adult to take the children after their photos so we can focus just on baby.
Can I bring my dog to the photoshoot?
We apprecite how important pets are to our families and we are happy to have dogs in the studio. However, please ensure you bring a towel for them, treats and make sure they are supervised at all times.
Is there any other availability other than your website calendar?
If you would like to get booked in for a photoshoot but the dates on the calendar are not suitable, please get in touch and we will try to accomodate an appointment for you.
What happens if I need to reschuedle my photoshoot?
We understand that sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled and we can be flexible for circumstances outside of your control. However, if a shoot is cancelled without the intention of it being rescheduled then the £50 deposit would be non-refundable.
